1/2 c. chopped onion
11/2 c. chopped celery
6 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
2 c. half and half
10 oz. package frozen, or Fresh cooked broccoli
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 can chicken broth
1 can Cream of Celery, or Cream of Chicken soup
1/2 to 1 lb. Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion and celery in butter in large skillet until onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, and gradually add milk and half and half. Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens. Add cooked, chopped broccoli and 1 cup of broccoli juice, lemon juice, broth, soup, and velveeta cheese. Simmer.
