3 lbs. chicken wings
Salt
Pepper
1 c. honey
1/2 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. catsup
1/2 clove garlic, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cut off wing tips and cook or freeze to add to a soup. Cut remaining wings into 2 pieces each and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well. Place wings in a slow cooker and pour sauce over them. Cook all day on low. Or, place wings in a shallow casserole pan in preheated 375º oven. Cover and cook about an hour.
