1 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg or 3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. salt
21/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, then add sugar. Beat until light and fluffy, add egg & beat. Add sifted flour & dry ingredients. Lastly, add extract. Refrigerate dough in plastic wrap for about an hour. When dough is firm but not yet hard, fill the cookie press. Press onto ungreased cookie sheets and decorate. Bake 400º oven for 10-12 minutes.
