1 qt. milk
1 can salmon, black skin and bones removed
1/2 stick oleo
12-16 saltine crackers, crumbled
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco
few chopped celery leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Break salmon into chunks.
Mix milk, salt, pepper and crumbled crackers into pot. Heat slowly; stir occasionally. When simmering, add salmon and celery leaves. Simmer 10 minutes.
