4 - 6 slices of bacon
4 hard boiled eggs, sliced
6 medium red potatoes, boiled & sliced
3 T. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 T. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes and slice; set aside. Fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan. Add onions to pan and sauté until tender. Stir in flour, sugar, and pepper. Gradually stir in water and vinegar. Cook until thickened. Combine with potatoes, crumbled bacon and eggs. Serve warm.
