4 Slices of French bread
6 oz Fresh baked ham
2 Portebella Mushrooms - sliced and Sautéed in olive oil.
Vermont Maple Mustard
4 Slices of Swiss Cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
spread Maple mustard thinly on each slice of bread. On 2 slices of bread lay out the ham. Drizzle a little more of the mustard on the ham then lay hot portebellas on the ham and then the cheese on top of the portebellas. Top each with the other slices of bread to make 2 separate sandwiches. Cut in half.
