1 box yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 (16-oz.) box powdered sugar
1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Mix yellow cake , 1 egg, and stick margarine. Mix lightly and pat into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. For the topping, add 16 ounce box powdered sugar, 8 ounce package cream cheese, and 2 eggs. Beat with mixer until smooth. Then spread over cake layer. Bake at 325º for 40-45 minutes.
