3 c. zucchini, grated
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Frosting:
1 (8-oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 lb. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix zucchini, sugar, oil, and eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to zucchini mixture. Bake in a greased, 9x13- inch pan at 300º for 1 1/2 hours. Cool.
Frosting: Combine all ingredients and beat until fluffy. Spread on cooled cake.
