2 c. crushed fresh peaches (about 4)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla ( or use half almond extract)

Directions:
Directions:
In 1-1/2-quart saucepan, mix peaches, sugar and orange juice. Place over high heat and stir until boiling. Reduce heat to low and let simmer, without covering, for 15 minutes or until thick.
Remove from heat; stir in lemon juice and extracts.
Serve warm on pound cake or chill to use in parfaits.
