2 15 oz. cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1 bunch green onions, chopped (both white and green parts)
3 limes (juice only)
1 cup fresh cilantro, washed and chopped
1 cup shredded Mexican Blend cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add a little water if necessary to help everything mix together. Garnish with some shredded cheese and chopped cilantro on top. Serve with tortilla chips.

You can substitute shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese in this recipe, but everyone seems to prefer the added flavor of the shredded Mexican Blend.(Monterey Jack, Mild Cheddar, Queso Quesadilla and Asadero cheeses.) If you want to make this a little spicier, throw in a few pickled jalapeņos to give it an extra kick!
