3 eggs
5 cups heavy whipping cream (save 1 for sauce)
2 cups sugar
3 tsp vanilla
2 cups fresh blue berries
2 ( 12 oz) pkg white chocolate chips--1 for pudding and 1 for sauce
1 loaf French bread

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix eggs, 4 cups of cream, sugar, white chips and vanilla. Tear up french bread and put in a greased 9 x13 pan. Pour egg mixture over bread top with blueberries. Let stand for about 30 minutes to get good and saturated.
Bake on 350º for 1 hour
Sauce
In a small pan on the stove bring to boil 1 cup cream and the other bag of white choc chips until chips have melted. Pour over each piece of pudding while you serve it. Or put next to pudding in another small bowl
