1 large fresh French bread ( in deli)
2 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
12 eggs
2 cups milk
1/3 cup maple syrup

Sauce
1 cup sugar
2 Tbl flour or corn starch
1 cup water
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 Tbl butter

Directions:

The day before
grease a 9 x13 pan
Cut crust off French bread and layer in the bottom of pan
Cut cream cheese in chunks and plop on top of bread
Spread blueberries on top
Mix eggs, milk, syrup in a separate bowl then pour over the top of bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator overnight.
Take out the next morning take off plastic wrap
Cover with foil
Bake in oven at 350 for 30 min then take off foil and bake for 30 more minutes

Sauce
In a small pan on the stove
mix sugar and flour then add water. Bring to a boil over medium high heat stir for 3 minutes while it boils. Then add blueberries and stir on low heat for 8-10 minutes. Stir in butter at the end. Put in a small bowl and serve over French toast.
