2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. butter (softened)
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. toasted chopped almonds
1 1/2 c. pecan halves
2 c. raisins
1 (12 oz.) package semisweet chocolate chips or chunks

Preheat oven 350º. Line cookie sheet w/ parchment paper. Sift flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. In large bowl, beat butter for 30 seconds. Beat in sugars until combined. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in as much of flour mixture as you can, stirring in the rest. Stir in nuts, raisins and chocolate pieces. Drop by spoonfuls 3" apart on sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden and set. The centers will be paler than the edges. Let cookies stand on sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
