2 medium zucchini
1 egg
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2/3 c. French Fried Onions
2 tsp. oil,
1 tsp. salt,
1/2 lemon,
2 tbsp. fresh chives,
1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Grate zucchini into medium bowl. Lightly beat in egg with fork. Add flour and pepper. Stir. Fold in French Fried Onions. Heat oil over medium heat in skillet. Drop zucchini mixture in spoonfuls. After browning, flip and flatten with spatula into patties. Brown other side.

Stir either Sour Cream or Plain yogert together with lemon juice, salt and chives until blended. Serve over patties.
