2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1 c. mashed bananas
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside. Cream butter and sugar together in another bowl and mix well. Add eggs one at a time to creamed mixture. Add vanilla, sour cream, bananas and nuts to creamed mixture. Stir in dry ingredients. Do not overmix. Pour into 1 or 2 greased loafpans. Bake at 325º for 45 min. to 1 hour depending on pan size and oven; until toothpick comes out clean.
