1 large can peach slices, drained & mashed
(save 1 c. of juice)
1 large box peach jello
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 12 oz. container cool whip
1 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Heat peach juice to boiling. Pour over jello. Stir until dissolved. Place jello mixture & cream cheese in blender container. Blend until smooth. Add mashed peaches. Refrigerate until cool & thick, but not congealed. Fold in whipped topping. Put back in refrigerator until set and ready to serve.
