1 small brisket
1 jar (not hot) bone sucking sauce
1 pkg wonton wrappers or eggrolls

sauce: (can be served hot or cold)
4 T. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 c. broth or water
2 T. corn starch
1/4 c. cold water
1 garlic clove-crushed
1 1/4 tsp salt.

Directions:
Directions:
Pour bone sucking sauce over brisket. cover tightly and bake for 5 hours at 300º shred meat with a fork while still hot. fill dough and fry.

Sauce: boil first 3 ingredients. combine cornstarch with water and add to pot to thicken. simmer a few minutes. crush garlic and mix with salt. add to pot.
