6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup beer
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
chives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in no particular order in a large mixing bowl. Put in a small bowl to chill for one hour in the refrigerator before serving. Serve with crackers of your choice.

This dip must be kept cold. Will keep for two to five days. Recipe can be easily doubled or tripled. Enjoy!
