¼ cup butter
2 lb. Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
3 cups whipping cream
2 garlic gloves, chopped
1 ½ tsp. salt
¼ tsp ground pepper – I used a bit more
¼ cup fresh parsley – chopped
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese – I used more

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in large pot over medium high heat. Stir in potatoes, and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring gently, 15 min. or until potatoes are tender. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 – 30 minutes
