2 lbs. pork baby back ribs
1 tsp. black pepper
2½ c. barbecue sauce - (not mesquite flavored)
1 jar (8oz) cherry jam or preserves
1T Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. salt (salt & pepper optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Trim ribs - rub black pepper over ribs, cut ribs (2) ribs a portion. Place in slow cooker.
Combine barbecue sauce, jam, mustard and salt in small bowl. pour over ribs. Cover cook low 8 hrs. Serve ribs with sauce.
