10 c. water
6 c. sugar
1 c. corn starch
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tsp. cinnamon
Peeled sliced apples

Directions:
Directions:
Boil all ingredients, except apples, until thickened. Put apples into quart canning jars. Top with hot mixture. Seal in hot water bath for 20-30 minutes.
