2 (3-oz.) pkg. of any flavored Jello
2 (0.25-oz.) envelopes Knox unflavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water

Mix Jello and Knox powders in a bowl. Add boiling water. Stir until dissolved. Pour into a lightly non-stick sprayed flat 7x11-inch pan. When set, cut into cubes or use cookie cutters to cut into seasonal shapes.

I usually mix 4 packages of Jello and 4 envelopes of Knox with 5 c. of boiling water to stretch the recipe. This makes a deep 9x13-inch pan of finger Jello.
Our favorite is: 1 box orange Jello + 1 peach + 1 apricot
