2/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. onion, grated
1/8 tsp. black pepper
2 eggs
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
Glaze:
3 T. brown sugar
1/4 c. ketchup
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Soak bread in milk. Add meat, eggs, onion and seasonings; mix well. Form into a loaf. Combine glaze ingredients and spread sauce over meat. Bake 1 hour in a 350° oven.
