Ingredients:  
1/3 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Pinch salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour and butter in frying pan. Heat mixture to caramelize sugar, stirring constantly.
Scald milk in double boiler.
When sugar is caramelized, add to hot milk and heat. Add vanilla and salt.
