4 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
8 celery ribs, sliced
2 8 oz. cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 1/2 c. Kraft® mayonnaise (not fat free)
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 T. chopped onion
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
1/2 c. or more cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. or more crushed Ritz® crackers (mixed with melted butter)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients. Pour in greased 13 x 9 . Cover and bake at 350º25-30 minutes.

Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs and brown for 10 minutes.
