2 1/2 C old-fashioned oats
3/4 C chopped walnuts
1/3 C sunflower seeds
1/3 C packed brown sugar
1/4 C flaked coconut
1/4 C toasted wheat germ
2 T sesame seeds
2 T ground flaxseed (I don't grind)

1/3 C water
2 T honey
2 T molasses
1 T canola oil
3/4 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. ground cinnamon

2/3 C dried cranberries
2/3 C golden raisins
2/3 C dried banana chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. In a small saucepan, combine the water, honey, molasses and oil. Heat for 3-4 minutes over medium heat until heated through. Remove from heat; stir in the vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Pour over oat mixture; stir to coat. (Do Not Add Dried Fruit yet).

Transfer to a jelly roll pan. Bake @ 350º for 30 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every 10 minutes.

Add dried fruit and cool completely before putting in an airtight container to store. Freezes well.
