1 (16.5-oz.) box white cake mix
3 eggs
1 (3.4-oz.) box instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. coconut
3/4 c. oil
1 c. 7UP
1 c. pecans
Frosting:
1 (8-oz.) carton whipped topping, thawed
1 (3.4-oz.) box instant pistachio pudding mix
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cake ingredients in order given, mix well. Pour into a 9x13-inch greased cake pan. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
Frosting: Combine pudding mix, milk; fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled cake. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.
