1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. sage
1tsp. salt
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 c. breadcrumbs
Sauce for topping
1/2 c. catsup
2 T. honey
1 T. Dijon mustard
pinch cayenne pepper

Mix beef & pork in a large bowl & set aside. in a small bowl, mix next 11 ingredients with a fork so eggs & milk are thoroughly combined with spices. Add egg mixture to meat & mix. Add breadcrumbs & carrots & combine all ingredients with your hands. Shape into loaf. Bake at 350 º for 50-60 minutes.
While meatloaf is cooking, combine catsup, honey, mustard, & cayenne & mix well. During last 15 min. . top meatloaf with sauce. Let rest for 10 min. before slicing.
