Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drain & rinse
2 cucumbers, halved & sliced (kirby or persian size)
12 grape/cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 med. red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Chopped black olives (I don't like olives, I leave them out)

Dressing:
1-2 oz crumbled feta cheese (leave out for pareve)
1/2 cup italian salad dressing
1/2 lemon, juiced or 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chickpeas, vegetables, feta, toss with mixed dressing. Chill before serving.
