Ingredients:	Ingredients: 8 c. pears, peeled and cored 8 c. sugar 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple

Directions:	Directions: Run pears through the blender to make 8 cups. To this add the sugar and pineapple. Cook together, stir often, till mixture is clear and thick. May take 10 minutes or so, depending on the juiciness of the pears.
