42 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
Orange juice mixture:
1 (6-oz.) can orange juice, thawed
1 (14-oz.) can Eagle Brand Condensed milk
1 (8-oz.) carton whipped topping
2 (11-oz.) cans mandarin oranges, drained

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the cracker crumbs, sugar, and butter and press into bottom and up sides in a flat dish reserving 1/4 cup of the crumbs for the topping.
Gently pour the combined ingredients for the orange juice mixture over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Chill for several hours. Freezes well.
