1 C heavy cream
2 C self-rising flour (White Lily makes the best)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together and form into ball...dough will be stiff...if too dry add a little more cream or evaporated milk. (I use the Cuisinart and pulse till it forms a ball...much easier.)
Pat out to 3/4 inch on floured wax paper and cut into biscuits or drop by tablespoons on baking sheet. Bake at 425 till golden brown.

Biscuits have always been one of my best things...but havn't made any other recipe since I found this one. It's so good it's hard to believe it is so easy. Easier than biscuit mixes...and no hydrogenated fat or additives. Saturated fat...yes...but our bodies know what to do with saturated...just not the trans-fats that are created with hydrogenation process! These freeze well...cooked and uncooked.
