4 squares (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1 C. chopped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave chocolate and butter on high for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate completely melts. Stir sugar into mixture. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix by hand until well-blended. Stir in flour and nuts. Pour mixture into 8 inch baking pan and bake @ 350º for 35-40 minutes (or until done).
