1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
6 oz. chocolate chips
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. sugar (for top)

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together, and then add eggs. Combine flour, baking powder, and salt in separate dish. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk to batter. Add vanilla and chocolate chips, and mix. Grease whoopie pie pan and distribute batter evenly. Top with remaining 2 tsp. sugar. Bake at 375º for 20 minutes or until golden.
