1 package yeast
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
4 cups flour
1 egg beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Soften yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add salt and sugar, mix in flour, knead until soft and smooth. (5 to 10 min.) Do not let rise. Roll into shapes (sticks, figures, child's initial). Cover cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam. Lay pretzel on sheet. Brush the top of pretzel with egg and sprinkle with salt. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes, or until lightly brown.
