2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
30 oz. frozen broccoli or 2 large, fresh bunches
1/2 c. cheddar or cojack cheese, shredded
Sauce:
1 c. mayonnaise
2 (10.5-oz.) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Crumb Topping:
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs mixed with 1 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli until tender; drain. Put into bottom of greased 9x9-inch dish. Place chicken or turkey on top. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken, spreading evenly. Sprinkle with cheese. Sprinkle with crumb topping. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.

This recipe can be Increased by 1/2 or doubled to fit a 9x13-inch dish. Broccoli and chicken can be increased according to taste.
