CRUST:
2 cups mashed baking potatoes
1 large egg fork beaten
1 ¼ cups flour
½ tsp salt

FILLING:
1 ½ cups diced cooked potato
½ cup thawed frozen peas
¾ tsp cumin
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp turmeric
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp salt

FINISH:
1 large egg fork beaten

CRUST:
Mix ingredients in medium bowl to form soft ball of dough. Roll ½ of dough out on well-floured surface in 11 x 14 in rectangle. Cut this into 3 ½ inch squares

FILLING:
Mix these ingredients in bowl. Spoon rounded tbsp. onto one side of center in each square. Dampen two adjoining sides. Fold over diagonally. Seal edges with floured fork.

FINISH:
Brush tops with egg. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake in 400 degree oven for 14 to 15 minutes.
Repeat with remaining dough.
