4 cups tomatoes peeled, chopped and drained
1 cup chopped onion
1 ½ cups chopped peppers – assorted colors
½ cup jalapeno peppers
1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp hot sauce
¼ cup ketchup

Combine all ingredients and put in sterilized jars. Process in hot water bath for 20 minutes.
