1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp minced celery
2 tbsp minced onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp hot pepper sauce
2 tbsp dried bread crumbs
2 tbsp salad oil
¾ cup crab meat pieces drained
12 mushroom caps
1 tbsp dry sherry (optional)

Directions:
In medium bowl, mix crab mayonnaise, celery, onion, lemon juice, sherry, bread crumbs, salt and hot pepper sauce.

Brush mushrooms with oil. Spoon equal amounts of crab mixture into each. On waxed paper lined cookie sheet freeze until firm. Place in freezer container. Cover and freeze until needed.

About 10 minutes before serving, on microwave safe 12 x 8 inch baking dish, place frozen mushrooms. Cook on high 3 to 6 minutes until hot.
