1 pkg. O'Brien Hash Brown Potatoes
1 16-oz. Carton Sour Cream
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 pkg. Sharp Cheddar Cheese (2 Cups)
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 c. Crushed Ritz Crackers
1 Stick Of Butter, Melted
Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sour cream, cheese, and soup together.. Pour into greased 13" x 9" casserole dish. Mix butter and crackers. Spread over potato mixture. Bake at 300°F for 30 minutes. *This recipe can be doubled or even tripled for a large party.
