6 Eggs
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/4 C Minced Onion
1/2 Tsp Dried Thyme Leaves
1/4 Tsp Salt and Pepper
3 C Shredded Hash Brown Potatoes
4 oz Chopped Ham
1/2 C Chopped Green Pepper
1 C Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In medium bowl, combine eggs, onion powder, onions, thyme, salt and pepper. Beat well. Stir in potatoes, cheese, ham, and green pepper. Pour into a greased 9-inch deep dish pie pan. Bake at 350° for 40-45 min. Garnish with thinly sliced tomatoes.
