1 ring bologna peeled, cut into bite size pieces (I’ve used turkey and it’s surprisingly good).
2 pounds frozen hash brown potatoes, diced, thawed
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 can Cream of Chicken
Salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:

Mix above ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Great recipe for the kids to make.

Can add a couple of cups of bite size veggies. Thaw and drain well, so casserole doesn’t become watery.
