BROWNIE

1 C. unsalted butter, melted
3/4 C. Cocoa Powder
1- 3/4 Sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 C. Flour
4 Eggs
1 C. mini chocolate chips

RASPBERRY CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE GLAZE

1/4 C. Raspberry Jelly
3/4 C. Chocolate chips
2 tbsp. Light corn syrup
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º. Grease a cookie sheet. In a large bowl whisk together melted butter, cocoa, sugar, and salt. Stir in flour, eggs (one at a time) and chocolate chips.
Pour into pan, and bake 28-30 minutes. cool before glazing.

To make the glaze, combine all ingredients and cook over low heat until melted. Stir until smooth and spread or drizzle over brownie. Place a Raspberry in the middle of each brownie and Cool several hours.

FYI: Have a pitcher of hot water and dip a plastic knife into it while cutting the brownies.
