3 1/2 c. flour
3 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 large can (30 oz.) pumpkin
1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in large bowl using a whisk or sifter. Make a well in center and add oil, eggs, pumpkin, nuts and chips. Mix by hand or beater until well blended. Pour into three 1.5 qt. loaf pans. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes. Let cool completely before removing from pans.
