2 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 box raisins
1/2 box dates, chopped
1 can (sm.) coconut
1 jar (sm.) maraschino cherries, chopped
1 can (sm.) crushed pineapple, drained
chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except nuts. Divide into 4 cheese balls (or less). Wrap in plastic wrap. Chill. Once chilled, roll in chopped pecans. Can freeze for 2 months or more. Great at Christmas.

This cheese ball is so delicious, a local caterer has adopted it as a regular on his list of menu choices. Once a customer includes this in their menu, it becomes a regular request from that day forward.
