2 C. sugar
2/3 C. butter, room temp.
4 eggs
10 ripe bananas, mashed
2/3 C. water
3 1/3 C. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Grease bottoms only of 2 loaf pans. Cream together the butter and sugar. Stir in the eggs until well blended. Beat in the bananas and water for 30 seconds. Stir in the remaining ingredients and then pour into loaf pans. Bake 55-60 minutes.

This is the absolute, best recipe for banana bread you will ever find. It is moist, and has great flavor. You can add nuts, and/or chocolate chips, or pineapple and coconut (for a Hawaiian style bread) . GO BANANAS!!!
