Boil macaroni for 10 minutes. Put in buttered dish. Cut in onion and cheese and add milk to the top. Crush crackers on top and add more cheese and bacon. Bake at 325ºF for 1 hour.

This is a family favorite among the grandchildren. This recipe is exactly as how Grammy Irene gave the recipe to Wyllie's sister, Sasha, when she once asked for the recipe.
