1 1/2 pounds ground beef
6-8 potatoes
1 T. oregano
ranch dressing
cheese slices
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with oregano. Boil potatoes until soft and drain water off. Mix potatoes with ranch dressing until creamy. Layer in a casserole dish with hamburger meat on bottom, then creamed potatoes, topped off with slices of cheese covering the entire top. Bake in oven until cheese melts. (Some people also add a layer of English peas before adding the potato mixture.)
