2 lb. bag of frozen hashbrowns, chunks
2/3 c. butter
2/3 c. flour
6 c. milk
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. pepper
4 green onions, chopped
box of cooked bacon, cut into bite sized pieces w/ scissors
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in a large pot. Add flour. Gradually stir in milk. Continue to stir until smooth, thickened and bubbly. Stir in potatoes, salt, pepper, onions, bacon, and cheese. Cook until heated. Stir in sour cream. Serve immediately or transfer to crockpot, set on low.
