1 head cabbage (medium)
1 c. water
1 stick margarine or butter
1 pkg. (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup, condensed
1 onion (small) - chopped
1 can sliced water chestnuts - drained
1 jar (sm.) pimentos, chopped - drained
1 c. buttered bread crumbs or grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cabbage into quarters. Boil until tender (about 10-12 min.). Drain well and season with salt and pepper or heat the butter, sour cream and the soup together. Add onion, water chestnuts and pimento to blended mixture. Layer the cabbage and sauce alternately in a medium casserole dish. Sprinkle bread crumbs or cheese on top of casserole. Bake at 350º for 20-30 minutes.
